The wonderful varietal aroma immediately noticeable while the blend of McLaren Vale and Coonawarra bringing out the best in this Cabernet showing peppermint, violets, leather, black olive, menthol with toasty vanilla. The palate is fresh and tight with firm tannins, well balanced acid finishes on a clean fresh fruit
